We’re looking fora creative, organised and social-media-savvy Social Media Specialist to joinour Marketing team.

If you know your Reels from your Tik Toks, love spotting the next big social trend, and can turna great product into content people actually want to engage with, this could bethe role for you!

You’ll play a keyrole in growing our social media presence, building our online community,working with influencers and creating content that ultimately drives engagement,website traffic, leads and sales.

You’ll work closely with the Creative Director, Marketing Operations Manager, outsourcedvideographers, Tik Tok freelancers and digital agencies to bring the brand tolife across social media.

• Help develop and implement an engaging social media strategy aligned with the overall brand vision.
• Manage the social media content calendar across multiple platforms.
• Plan, create, schedule and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, Linked In and Tik Tok,including Farm Shop social pages.
• Oversee and coordinate content creation with internal and external creative partners.
• Create content that drivesengagement, website traffic and brand awareness.
• Support the development of social media advertising content.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, questions and messages and directing queries tothe relevant teams.
• Keep up to date with social media trends, platform changes and new opportunities.
• Help identify creative,cost-effective ways to grow our online following and engagement.

• Help develop and implement aninfluencer strategy to reach new audiences and demographics.
• Identify and coordinate with influencers to create brand awareness and social buzz.
• Work with influencers around product launches, seasonal campaigns and other marketing activities.
• Coordinate influencer PR packages with the Marketing Operations Manager.
• Build positive relationships with influencers and other brand collaborators.

• Coordinate freelance photography andvideography requirements with the Creative Director and Marketing Operations Manager.
• Help arrange content shoots forsocial media, websites, catalogues and other marketing channels.
• Ensure visual content is on-brand,engaging and suitable for each platform.
• Video editing experience will be adefinite advantage.

• Monitor social media performance and engagement.
• Assist with analysing social mediaand advertising metrics.
• Use insights from Google, Meta andTikTok analytics to understand what content works and where opportunities exist.

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, Business Communication ora related field.
• Additional certifications in Social Media Management, Photography or Platform Optimisation would be advantageous.
• 3–5 years’ experience in social media management.
• Strong experience in social media planning, content creation and campaign execution.
• A solid understanding of Google,Meta and Tik Tok analytics.
• Experience with at least one of the following tools:
• Photoshop
• Lightroom
• Trello
• Hub Spot
• Strong copywriting skills you’ll complete a copywriting test during the interview process.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• A sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of what makes content stand out.
• Excellent organisational skills andthe ability to stay on top of deadlines.
• A genuine passion for social media,content and brands.
• Strong awareness of current social media trends and industry developments.
• Video editing experience is advantageous.
• A portfolio of your work is required for review during the recruitment process.
