• Manage program budgets, resources, and logistics effectively.

• Degree or diploma in Youth Development, Social Sciences, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with young people in a program coordination or facilitation role.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of youth.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities facing youth in the North West region.
