Community Inclusion Officer

About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Community Inclusion Officer to champion the integration and participation of individuals within the community of Klerksdorp . • Design and implement initiatives aimed at increasing social inclusion and participation for all community members in Klerksdorp .
• Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, businesses, and government agencies to create collaborative inclusion projects.

• Conduct needs assessments and identify barriers preventing full community participation for specific groups.

• Previous experience in community development, social work, diversity and inclusion, or a related field.

• Knowledge of local resources and challenges within the Klerksdorp community.
