• Develop and implement effective advocacy strategies to promote the organization's mission and objectives.
• Conduct research and analysis on relevant policy issues and trends.
• Engage with policymakers, government officials, and community leaders to advocate for change.
• Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations and coalitions to amplify advocacy efforts.
• Develop advocacy materials, including policy briefs, position papers, and campaign resources.
• Organize and facilitate public awareness events and campaigns to mobilize support.

• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, or a related field.
• Proven experience in advocacy, policy analysis, or lobbying.
• Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
