Role Description

Full‑time, on‑site role based in Postmasburg for a Registered Nurse. Key responsibilities include providing high‑quality patient care, conducting comprehensive health assessments, managing treatment plans, delivering emergency and trauma care, and promoting workplace health and wellness programs.

Fatigue management and shift work.

• Strong clinical skills, including experience in Primary Healthcare and managing medical emergencies
• Experience in Trauma Management and health promotion activities
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging with clients
• Ability to work in a high‑pressure environment, demonstrate problem‑solving skills, and maintain confidentiality
• Relevant educational qualifications in Nursing with valid registration as a Registered Nurse
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and accurate record‑keeping practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and ITLS/ATLS
