CK- Adv Nurse Practitioner​/Adv Clinical Practitioner, Flow Navigation Centre - Bank

Overview

Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) – Band 7 bank position in the Flow Navigation Centre (FNC), ARI. We are seeking experienced Band 7 ANPs/ACPs with experience in FNC to provide safe, autonomous assessment, clinical decision‑making and effective patient flow management in a fast‑paced environment. Successful applicants will work collaboratively across the multidisciplinary team, support timely patient navigation and escalation, and contribute positively to service delivery.

The role requires flexibility, confidence and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Provide safe, autonomous assessment and clinical decision‑making for patients within the Flow Navigation Centre.
• Manage patient flow and escalation across the multidisciplinary team to support timely navigation and throughput.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective service delivery and continuous improvement within the FNC.

• NMC/HCPC registration is essential for this post.
• Experience with in the Flow Navigation Centre or a similar fast‑paced patient flow environment is desirable.
