Quality Assurance (QA) Agent – Call Centre

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Agent to join our call centre team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate agent calls for quality, compliance, and performance
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents
  • Identify trends, gaps, and training needs
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Compile QA reports and performance insights
Requirements
  • Previous call centre experience (QA experience preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and listening skills
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities
  • Knowledge of call centre KPIs and compliance standards
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
