Quality Assurance (QA) Agent – Call Centre
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Agent to join our call centre team.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and evaluate agent calls for quality, compliance, and performance
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents
- Identify trends, gaps, and training needs
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Compile QA reports and performance insights
- Previous call centre experience (QA experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and listening skills
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities
- Knowledge of call centre KPIs and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
