An established agricultural operation is seeking a Quality and Compliance Young Professional to gain hands‑on experience within a fruit packing environment. The successful candidate will assist with quality assurance, compliance management, internal audits, health and safety administration, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives while developing practical industry experience.

• Tertiary qualification in Fruit Technology, Microbiology, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Internal Auditing qualification and experience advantageous
• Previous exposure to post-harvest fruit handling, packhouse operations, or fruit production environments advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Strong analytical, numerical, problem‑solving, and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Willingness to travel, relocate if required, and work extended hours when necessary
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport essential
