* Minimum requirements:

***** Matric* 2 years’ experience in quality assurance or quality control role
* Knowledge of food safety standards and quality systems will be advantageous
* Previous experience in fruit, fruit processing or dried fruit industry would be highly beneficial
* Computer Literate
* Reliable transport

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* * Conduct quality inspections on incoming raw materials, work-in-progress products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards
* Monitor production and packing processes, identifying and reporting any quality deviations or non-conformances
* Maintain accurate quality control records, reports, and documentation
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance procedures throughout the production process
