• Lead and manage the Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Health & Safety functions across farming and packhouse environments.

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Ensure all activities adhere to customer, retailer, export, certification, and legislative requirements.

• Drive initiatives that promote food safety, quality excellence, and operational performance.

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in food safety, quality management, or related fields.

• Strong skills in analysis, development, and management of quality systems.

• Proven leadership ability in managing multidisciplinary teams.

• Solid understanding of legislative and certification requirements in the food production industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related qualification.

• Additional food safety certifications advantageous.

• Familiarity with the following:

• Industry standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000, or equivalent certifications.

• Compliance frameworks within manufacturing, agriculture, or production sectors.
