Job Description OverviewAs a Quality Management Intern, I supported packing operations through the implementation and transition of digital Quality Management systems. This role provided hands‑on experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assisted in transitioning, testing, and validating quality inspection forms within the Quality Inspection Program.
- Supported the implementation and maintenance of digital quality management systems.
- Trained operational teams on system usage, KPI monitoring, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and compliance reporting.
- Contributed to the implementation of a CAPA program for packing operations to enhance quality performance and operational efficiency.
- Participated in quality system documentation, data management, and process improvement initiatives.
- Supported compliance activities through digital system management, monitoring, and reporting.

This internship strengthened my understanding of quality management principles and provided practical experience in implementing, maintaining, and improving quality systems within a manufacturing environment.
QualificationsGrade 12
Diploma or Degree Quality Management.
- Be a South African citizen (be able to produce a valid South African )
- Be between the ages of 18-30
- Must be currently unemployed
- Must have no criminal record
- Must be willing to relocate to Randfontein
- Exceptional Computer Literacy (use of MS Office suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Interest in skills development and relevant legislation
- E-Learning Skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency in completing tasks
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Self-motivated and high level of initiative
