About Description

The PQ Testing Technician Assistant (WIL) will assist in maintaining Quality systems and provide support for acceptance/proofing and testing of various 40mm, Pyrotechnics and HE.

• Ensure that RDM projects and products conform to Quality and Client requirements
• Assist in testing all relevant products
• Assist WRT serviceability and stock checks for all weapons and all jigs and fixtures used in tests
• Assist WRT setting up tests, execution, data capture and data base maintenance
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards and comply to all SHE requirements
• Ensure high quality standards are maintained
• Adhere to all applicable legislation within RDM
• Adheres and implements Rheinmetall Denel Munitions Policies and Procedures and ensures compliance to ISO Standards with respect to SHE/ Quality/ Environmental/Energy

• N6/NQF 5 qualification or currently studying towards a Diploma with a compulsory experiential learning component in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics/Electrical or equivalent qualification
• Driver's license (Code

• Able to work off site for short periods
• Good interpersonal skills and co-ordinating ability
• Clear security screening record
• Strong analytical skills
• Able to work in a team and independently
• Excellent communication and organizing skills
