Automotive Quality Inspector

About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Automotive Quality Inspector to ensure the highest standards of product quality at their manufacturing facility in Nelspruit . You will be responsible for inspecting vehicles and automotive components throughout the production process, identifying defects, and ensuring compliance with quality specifications and regulatory requirements. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, a strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, and the ability to meticulously document findings to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Conduct visual and functional inspections of vehicles and automotive parts at various stages of production.
• Identify and document non-conformities, defects, and deviations from quality standards.
• Utilize measuring instruments and testing equipment to verify specifications.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test data, and quality reports.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and quality control procedures on the production floor.

• Experience in a quality control or inspection role, preferably within the automotive manufacturing sector.
