Quality Systems Engineer

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Systems Engineer to join their team in Benoni . This hybrid role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems and the ability to implement and maintain robust processes that ensure product excellence. You will work to enhance quality standards, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, collaborating effectively with teams both on-site and remotely.

The successful candidate will be passionate about quality assurance and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and other departments to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop and deliver quality training programs to employees.
• Manage and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance roles.
• In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and relevant industry standards.
• Experience with audit processes and CAPA management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to a hybrid work environment.
