Quality Control Engineer

Our client is looking for a meticulous Quality Control Engineer to ensure the highest product standards at their facility in Benoni . This role involves developing and implementing quality control strategies, monitoring production processes, and analyzing product data to guarantee consistency and compliance. You will work closely with production, engineering, and R&D teams to uphold quality benchmarks and drive continuous improvement.

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).
• Manage calibration and maintenance of quality control laboratory equipment.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve process capability.
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering , Materials Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and statistical process control (SPC).
• Proficiency in laboratory testing methods and analytical techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with ISO certifications and auditing processes.
