Aviation Quality Assurance Inspector

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Aviation Quality Assurance Inspector to join their robust operations in Klerksdorp . This role is essential for upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality within the organization's aviation maintenance and operational activities. You will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, audits, and reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.

This is a critical position for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of aviation regulations, based in the North West province.

• Conduct regular inspections of aircraft, maintenance processes, and facilities to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Perform audits of maintenance records, procedures, and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate quality issues, non-conformities, and safety incidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
• Ensure all maintenance activities and repairs meet the required airworthiness and safety standards.
• Maintain detailed records of all inspections, audits, and findings.
• Promote a culture of quality and safety throughout the organization.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation quality assurance , maintenance, or engineering.
• Possession of a relevant aviation maintenance license or technical qualification is highly desirable.
• Thorough understanding of aviation regulations, such as those set by the SACAA.
• Experience in conducting audits and inspections, with a strong knowledge of quality management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
