Real Estate Property Manager

Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Nelspruit and the surrounding Mpumalanga region. This role involves ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of properties, managing tenant relations, overseeing maintenance, and optimizing property performance. You will be the primary point of contact for tenants and property owners, responsible for upholding property standards, enforcing lease agreements, and managing budgets effectively to maximize return on investment for our client's assets.

• Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, rent collection, and evictions.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards and compliance with lease agreements.
• Oversee maintenance and repair work, coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Develop and manage property budgets, controlling expenses and seeking cost-saving opportunities.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare regular financial reports and performance analyses for property owners.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in property management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of landlord-tenant laws and property management best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to manage a diverse portfolio and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with commercial and residential properties in the Nelspruit area is preferred.
