Location: Strand
Immobazyme is seeking a Junior Research Scientist to join our R&D team in Macassar, Cape Town. The role involves hands-on laboratory work across enzyme, fermentation, cosmetic ingredient development, and agricultural peptide assays.
You will work under senior scientists to plan, execute, and optimise experiments. You will maintain records, assist with data interpretation and reporting, and support cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.
