- Design and implement computational strategies for analyzing large biological datasets, including genomics, proteomics, and transcriptomics.

- Build and maintain reproducible analysis pipelines and databases for biological information.

- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related field with a strong biological component.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in computational biology or a closely related discipline.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or C++, and experience with relevant scientific libraries.
- Strong understanding of biological pathways, molecular mechanisms, and experimental data types (e.g., NGS, microarrays).
- Experience with statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques.
