Research Scientist - Organic Synthesis

Our client is seeking an innovative and driven Research Scientist specializing in Organic Synthesis to join their dynamic research team in Vereeniging . • Optimize reaction conditions and synthetic routes for efficiency and yield.

• Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in synthetic organic chemistry, including a strong understanding of reaction mechanisms and stereo chemistry.
• Proficiency with modern synthetic techniques and purification methods.
• Experience with analytical techniques such as NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry for structure elucidation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple research tasks concurrently.
