A boutique café and dessert brand are looking for a PASTRY CHEF
The role centers on creating and presenting high-quality cakes, pastries, and signature desserts that embody the café’s European inspired patisserie style. It requires a balance of creativity and precision, with responsibility for designing innovative menu items, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation, and ensuring strict adherence to food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
Core Criteria:
- Experienced in cake making and dessert production
- Creative, detail-oriented, and consistent with quality
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and presentation standards
- Ability to design and execute innovative dessert menus
