Job Summary
Required for a 5
* hotel restaurant with R20K compensation, 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role in fine dining or a 5-star Hotel restaurant, excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards, proficiency in using restaurant POS systems. Must be able to live locally.
