Pro Staff Select  are in search of a hands‑on, highly organised and financially minded Restaurant GM to oversee daily operations of this big and VERY BUSY operation.

• Strengths in managing and controlling staff
• Strong knowledge of signature wines, artisan beers and trending alcoholic beverages
• Proven ability in managing stocks, financial profitability and GP targets
• Ability to drive, train and motivate quality service standards to ensure exceptional guest experience
• Highly efficient and up‑to‑date on Point of Sale and operating Systems
• Strong F&B Cost Control Skills & Highly proficient in business and financial controls
• Effective and efficient communicator in collaborating joint efforts with the Head Chef and owners
• Self‑motivated to reach personal targets and incentives
