Storekeeper​/Store Manager

My Client a Shop / outlet in Hoedspruit, Limpopo specialising in Clothing – PPE workwear, Boerboel (Brand) & safari-style clothing, and bush adventure attire. My client also specializes in vape products.

My client is urgently recruiting for a Store Manager / Keeper to run the outlet.

Please note it is preferred that the appicant / candidate resides in Hoedspruit and has perminent residence in the town.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Store Operations
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, customer service, store cleanliness, and stock displays.
  • Ensure all products—vapes, protective clothing, bush wear—are well merchandised and stocked.
• Administrative Duties
  • Manage billing, invoicing, order processing, and record keeping.
  • Track inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimum stock.
• Customer Engagement & Service
  • Assist customers with product selection, offering informed advice on vapes, PPE, and clothing.
  • Handle inquiries and support in-store and via email (e.g., ).
• Team Leadership (if applicable)
  • Supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and assist with training.
  • Foster a positive in-store culture aligned with the brand's adventurous, adventurous vibe.
• Marketing Support
  • Help execute in-store promotions or collaborate on social media campaigns (e.g. Instagram/Tik Tok content) to elevate store visibility.

Preferred Candidates Will Have:

• Prior experience in retail, store keeping, or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and numeracy skills for billing and stock management.
• Excellent customer service capabilities and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Basic computer literacy (e.g., invoicing software, email, POS systems).
• Reliable, proactive, and a team-oriented spirit.
• Knowledge or interest in vape products, PPE gear, or safari lifestyle fashion is a plus.
