Reporting to the Regional Manager:
Operations, you’ll take full ownership of a retail store ensuring smooth operations, driving sales performance, and leading a motivated team.

• National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
• 5 years of retail sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent MS Office competency and familiarity with retail systems
• A track record of meeting sales targets and driving business performance

• Overseeing sales performance and customer experience
• Managing staff scheduling, development, and productivity
• Ensuring efficient stock management, reconciliations, and loss control
• Maintaining operational and administrative systems
• Delivering standout visual merchandising and promotional execution
• Building relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

• Understand our products and customers deeply
• Create customer experiences that inform, influence, and inspire
• Drive in-store communication, merchandising and promotional effectiveness
• Deliver on budgets, financial goals, and profitability targets
• Maintain meticulous stock controls and shrinkage management
• Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and urgency
• Ensure consistent compliance with internal processes and external regulations
• Lead a high-impact, diverse team with confidence
• Build trust with staff, customers, and stakeholders
