Manager - Retail Sector
We are seeking a reliable, energetic male candidate in his early 30s with strong retail stock and management experience. The ideal individual is organised, confident, and able to support multiple retail sites through accurate stock control, operational coordination, and hands-on problem solving.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducting stock takes, cycle counts, and variance investigations
• Overseeing stock movement, receiving, dispatching, and shrinkage control
• Supporting store managers with daily operational requirements
• Monitoring stock accuracy and implementing corrective actions
• Traveling to various branches for audits, checks, and operational support
• Assisting with basic reporting, record-keeping, and compliance tasks
• Maintaining high standards of organization, accuracy, and accountability

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail stock take, stock control, and store operations
• Strong understanding of retail processes and inventory systems
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly
• Good communication, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
