• Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer‑facing role.
• Basic knowledge of stock management and inventory control processes.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Good numerical skills to assist with stock counts and handling cash transactions.
