Fuel Station & Convenience Manager

Main Responsibilities

• Manage overall fuel and convenience operations, including sales, administration, and staff supervision.
• Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
• Manage budgets, expenses, stock control, and inventory reconciliations to maximise profitability.
• Ensure excellent customer service and effective resolution of customer queries and complaints.
• Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations while supporting digital systems and process optimisation.

• Grade 12.
• A minimum of 6 years’ experience in retail sales, including proven store or team management experience.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office with advanced knowledge of retail operating systems, enabling efficient management of store operations and data-driven decision-making.
