Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service at all times.
• Greet and assist customers in accordance with the Cash Crusaders customer service standards.
• Process cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Balance the cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Promote current promotions and assist in achieving store sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional checkout area.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate issues where necessary.
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Ensure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining high retail floor standards.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are correctly displayed and priced.
• Assist with stock counts and stock control when required.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and security measures to minimise losses.
• Accurately process refunds, exchanges, lay-bys, and other transactions in line with company procedures.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy when handling cash and operating the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Report any cash discrepancies or suspicious activities to management immediately.
