Customer Experience
Be professional

Manage customer interactions, complaints and requests

Optimize selling space and drive replenishment to ensure stock availability

Conduct floor walks to ensure housekeeping disciplines are adhered to

Store Profitability o Sales

meet or exceed targets GP - reduce wastage & improve stock accuracy within benchmarks o NP - reduce controllable expenses in line with budgets Interpret Income Statement information and formulate and implement action plans o Identify challenges, trends and opportunities to drive continuous improvement

Store Disciplines & Productivity

Ensuring that monthly store audit benchmarks are achieved and improved upon

Risk Management

Effective stock control and stock management

Effective cash handling procedures and controls

Lead, develop and retain team members

Performance development culture and team effectiveness o Leading, developing and coaching the team o Basic IR

Requirements

Job Specification s

Grade 12

Completion of all required Wellness Foundation Training + Wellness Managerial training o Minimum 3 years Wellness retail experience (including managerial experience)

Wellness on-the-job Store Leader training

A genuine interest in health and wellness - brand ambassadors

Fully computer literate o Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours o Proficiency in stock management, cost control and cost management

Own transport essential o Competency Assessment Achieved

Admin qualification - a retail management diploma or degree would be advantageous

Minimum 5 years retail experience - sales, merchandising and admin experience (including 2-3 years managerial experience)

A genuine interest in health and wellness - brand ambassadors o Fully computer literate o Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours o Proficiency in stock management, cost control and cost management

Requirements
Store Performance o Achieve and exceed targeted sales and profit targets o Achieve and exceed gross profit targets through effective waste and stock management o Effectively manage income statements o Liaise with the Merchandise team regarding stock efficiencies o Support the successful implementation of all promotional campaigns o Ensure internal audits are conducted against operational requirements o Ensure that all stores adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity and procedures/policies including risk, receiving and banking procedures
