Makro Alberton in Gauteng invites applicants to join the 2026 Merchandiser Learnership Programme hosted with Smollan. This 12-month, full-time learnership provides practical training in visual merchandising, stock management and customer service while earning a monthly stipend.
Start date ASAP; shifts are 9 hours per day. Applicants must be aged 18–35, have Grade 12, English proficiency, and reside within 15 km of Newmarket Park, Alberton. A clear criminal record is required.
