• Welcome and assist local and international customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide personalised product recommendations and styling assistance.
• Drive sales through excellent customer service, upselling, and product knowledge.
• Handle sales transactions, the till, and petty cash accurately.
• Assist with opening and closing the store.
• Manage stock and assist with regular stock counts.
• Ensure the store is always neat, organised, and visually appealing.
• Represent the brand professionally and create a positive in-store customer experience.

• Previous experience in retail, fashion, jewellery, accessories, or premium retail advantageous.
• Passion for fashion, jewellery, styling, and sales.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable interacting with local and international customers.
• Sales-driven and comfortable working towards targets and upselling.
• Well-presented, friendly, energetic, and professional.
• Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Comfortable handling tills, cash, and stock.
• Willing and available to work weekends and public holidays.
