FRESH FLOOR MANAGER – BALLITO

Real Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Fresh Floor Manager for an established supermarket retailer in Ballito.

We are looking for a hands‑on retail professional with strong experience managing fresh food departments and delivering excellent standards across product quality, availability, hygiene, customer service and profitability.

• Manage day‑to‑day fresh floor operations
• Oversee fresh departments and ensure high merchandising standards
• Manage stock levels, ordering, rotation, wastage and shrinkage
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards
• Drive sales, margins and departmental performance
• Supervise, motivate and manage staff
• Monitor pricing, promotions and product availability
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Ensure operational procedures and controls are followed

• Proven supermarket/food retail management experience
• Strong fresh food/fresh floor experience essential
• Good stock, wastage and shrinkage control
• Strong leadership and staff‑management ability
• Commercially aware and sales focused
• Excellent attention to detail
• Hands‑on, energetic and able to work under pressure
• Reliable transport
