• Engage with customers on the sales floor, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.

• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Provide information on promotions, new arrivals, and loyalty programs to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.

• Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
