Print Retail Assistant

Are you a confident and outgoing, customer centric person that can multitask with ease?

Do you have previous retail or customer service experience?

Are you technically minded with an artistic flare?

An established Print &Signage company (on the North Coast) is looking for a Print Retail Assistant to-

• Greet walk in customers
• Receive printing orders from customers
• Set up printer and print on-demand/ immediate print work
• Liaise with graphic designers and various department heads in regards to more complicated print jobs and communicate to customer
• Ring up orders ie operator POS and payment devices and gateways

• Fully computer literate
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Enjoy being busy and working at a steady, rapid pace
• Have a proven track record of your ability to work on multiple projects and/ or deal with multiple customers at once
• Must be able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and weekend shifts.

* Corel Draw and Print industry experience is an advantage.

Working hours are:
Monday
- Friday: 9-6 shift

Saturday: 9-5 shift

Sunday: 9-4 shift
