About the Role

Our client is excited to offer an Apprentice Retail Assistant position in Klerksdorp , providing an excellent entry point into the retail sector. This apprenticeship is designed to give you hands-on experience in customer service, sales, stock management, and visual merchandising. You will work closely with experienced retail professionals, learning the fundamentals of running a successful retail operation. • Assist customers with product inquiries, selection, and purchases in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards to create an attractive shopping environment.
• Receive, unpack, and restock merchandise as directed.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and loss prevention measures.
• Learn about product knowledge and promotional activities to better serve customers.
