Tiling Department Coordinator

We are looking for a Tiling Department Coordinator to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of our tiling department and provide excellent service and product advice to our customers.

• Manage stock ordering and maintain appropriate stock levels
• Process and manage customer orders from start to finish
• Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable advice
• Handle sales, quotations and invoicing accurately
• Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate stock records
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal teams
• Ensure the department is well organised, fully stocked and professionally presented
• Must be available to work weekends according to a roster

• Strong product knowledge of tiles, adhesives, grouts and related products
• Previous experience in tiling and retail is essential
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisational and stock-control skills
• Reliable, accurate and able to work independently
