In this full-time role within our Corporate Stores division, you will manage till transactions efficiently, provide outstanding service by greeting and assisting customers, and promote Woolworths' loyalty programs and services. • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent NQF level qualification
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Relevant retail or customer service experience advantageous
• Strong verbal communication skills for effective customer interaction

• Basic selling skills to promote loyalty programs and additional services
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a hygienic, organized till area

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers warmly at till points.
• Efficiently and accurately process till transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Promote Woolworths' loyalty programs and additional services such as bill payments and airtime.
• Maintain a hygienic, safe, and well-organized till area to ensure a positive shopping environment.
• Apply basic product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and recommend suitable products.
• Adhere to shopkeeping disciplines to minimize shrinkage, reporting any dishonesty promptly.
• Demonstrate reliability through punctuality, professional dress, and adherence to company codes.
• Work calmly and efficiently under pressure while maintaining a customer-focused mindset.
• Participate in team meetings and comply with daily operational focuses and goals.
