• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards for all assigned FMCG products in retail outlets.

• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to the relevant teams.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and retail staff.
• Gather feedback on product performance and competitor activities at the retail level.
• Create eye‑catching product displays and promotional setups to maximize sales impact.

• Previous experience in merchandising, preferably within the FMCG sector or retail environment.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail display techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for presentation.

• Ability to work independently and manage a schedule for store visits.
