About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated Retail Operations Manager to lead their retail operations in Klerksdorp . This role demands a leader who can drive sales, manage store performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across multiple retail outlets. You will be responsible for implementing operational strategies, managing staff, and maintaining brand standards to achieve business targets within the North West region.

• Oversee the daily operations of retail stores, ensuring high standards of customer service and sales performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and improve profitability.
• Manage store staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
• Monitor operational costs, identify inefficiencies, and implement cost‑saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.

• Proven experience (4+ years) as a Retail Operations Manager or in a similar senior retail management role.
• Strong understanding of retail sales, marketing, and customer service principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems.
