- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies and plans aligned with brand objectives and sales targets.

- Ensure consistent and compliant product placement, stock rotation, and shelf management across all retail accounts in Benoni and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to plan and execute in-store promotions, product launches, and seasonal displays.
- Monitor inventory levels at retail locations and communicate with the sales team to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Analyze sales data and merchandising effectiveness reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Proven experience in merchandising management, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of retail environments, planograms, and visual merchandising principles.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
