Inventory Control Specialist - Retail

• Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
• Monitor stock levels, analyze trends, and forecast future inventory needs.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and waste.
• Coordinate stock transfers between store locations and the warehouse.
• Generate inventory reports for management, highlighting key metrics and potential issues.

• Proven experience in inventory control , warehouse management, or a related logistics role.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in logistics is a plus.
