Matrix Warehouse is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Store Clerk to support the Store Supervisor in managing daily store operations, driving sales, maintaining stock control, and delivering excellent customer service.

• Assist with daily store operations and ensure company standards are maintained.
• Support sales initiatives and work towards achieving store targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with resolving customer complaints.
• Assist with stock control, inventory management, ordering, and merchandising.
• Support staff training, development, and performance management.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for the Store Supervisor.
• Assist with promotions, marketing activities, and local business development.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
• Follow company policies and procedures while supporting store profitability.

• Previous retail or sales experience will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Computer literacy and basic reporting skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a results-driven mindset.
• An interest in computers, technology, and IT products will be an advantage.
