Learner Branch Marketer - NTK Retail, Letsitele

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Learner Branch Marketer to join our VKB Retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing and selling irrigation and related products, maintaining stock availability, assisting customers, and ensuring effective stock control within the store environment.

This role contributes directly to customer satisfaction and business performance by ensuring that customers receive the right products, professional assistance, and excellent service. By maintaining accurate stock levels and an organised retail environment, you will help support operational efficiency and strengthen customer relationships.

• Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.

• Experience in a retail, sales, customer service, or related environment will be advantageous.
• 1–3 years' irrigation experience will be advantageous.
• Clear criminal record.
• 1 – 3 years irrigation experience quoting, advising, layout etc.
• Preferably residing in or around Letsitele.
• Other experience in the agriculture industry an advantage as well as basic knowledge of animal feeds.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
