About Us:
We are a UK-based cleaning company, specialising in Residential and End of Tenancy services. As our team grows, we’re looking for a confident and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative to join us remotely and help expand our client base.

The Role:
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for converting warm leads into confirmed bookings, building strong client relationships, and helping customers find the right cleaning solutions for their needs. You’ll play a key role in driving business growth through effective communication and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with warm leads provided by the company and convert them into confirmed bookings.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate cleaning services.

  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

What We Offer:

  • On-target earnings of R25,000/month, including R8,000 base salary + uncapped commission.

  • 40 days paid leave annually.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales or direct sales, with a strong performance history.

  • Clear and professional English communication skills, both spoken and written.

  • Resilient under pressure, with the ability to handle rejection and stress calmly.

  • Proven success in phone-based sales, consistently meeting targets.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Experience with CRM systems for tracking leads and managing sales.

  • Skilled in negotiation and resolving customer issues effectively.
