We are seeking a Sales Consultant to deliver an exceptional customer experience at our cellular kiosk. The role involves driving sales of Vodacom products, Easy2
Own devices, and SIM cards, providing after‑sales support, and ensuring accurate reporting of sales transactions. The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, tech‑savvy, and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Deliver excellent customer service, understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Vodacom prepaid deals, promotions, and the Easy2
Own platform. - Assist customers with the RICA process, ensuring all legal requirements are completed accurately.
- Guide customers through the Easy2
Own device purchasing process, including setup and activation. - Provide after‑sales support, addressing customer queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain organized repair logs, communicate with customers about repair progress, and follow up as required.
- Process transactions accurately using cash, credit / debit cards, and other payment methods.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets for SIM cards, devices, and accessories.
- Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including details of all transactions, activations, and customer interactions.
- Ensure the kiosk is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Previous retail or cellular sales experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple customers efficiently.
- Basic numeracy and cash‑handling skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Tech‑savvy, with the ability to navigate sales platforms and POS systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
