Who We Are:
We’re a UK-based cleaning company specialising in Residential and End of Tenancy services, known for our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our remote team and help drive new business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Reach out to warm leads provided by the company and convert them into confirmed bookings.

  • Build rapport with potential clients and guide them through the booking process.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable cleaning solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress using CRM tools.

  • Hit and exceed monthly sales targets to unlock uncapped commission.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or direct sales.

  • Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Resilience under pressure and a positive attitude when handling objections.

What You’ll Get:

  • R25,000/month on-target earnings (R8,000 base + uncapped commission).

  • At least 2 years of sales or telesales experience, with a proven track record.

  • Own laptop (minimum 16GB RAM, 13th Gen i5, Windows 11, 250GB SSD), plus stable internet and power backup.

  • Confident handling objections and pressure, with a positive attitude.

  • Experience in phone-based sales, consistently meeting targets.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems for managing leads and tracking performance.

  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
