• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across assigned regions

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to meet and surpass targets

• Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies effectively

• Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

• 5–7 years of proven sales experience in relevant industries

• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to analyse market data and adapt strategies accordingly

• Industrial, engineering, or mechanical sectors

• Customer relationship management (CRM) software

• Salary: R35,000 - R45,000 per month (Market, Negotiable)
