Business Development & Solutions Associate

ARSO Solutions Lab is looking for a motivated, sales-focused person to help build relationships, identify business opportunities, and introduce local businesses to practical systems, automation, dashboards, and AI-assisted solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, talking with business owners, learning technology, and spotting operational problems that ARSO can help solve.

• Build relationships with local businesses and organizations
• Identify operational pain points and improvement opportunities
• Generate leads and schedule discovery conversations
• Represent ARSO professionally in sales and networking conversations
• Help introduce ARSO services and products, including Occu Board
• Explain software, automation, CRM, dashboard, and AI concepts in a non-technical way

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable discussing technology and AI with non-technical business owners
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn new tools
• Interested in business operations and how better systems save time
• Self-motivated, reliable, organized, and professional
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
