• Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management or sales within the FMCG or retail industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large retail accounts and achieving sales objectives.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of the retail landscape and consumer purchasing behaviors.
• Ability to develop strategic business plans and build long-term client relationships.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
